Cancellation's

I require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment to allow me to accommodate those on the cancellation list.

Missed appointments 

if a client fails to cancel their appointment and/or no-show, they will be required to pay 100% of the services scheduled. Exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis. Clients will be given 1 grace appointment for the last minute scheduling changes,cancellation or no show 

Late Arrivals

Please note that if you are 10 Minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 10 or more minutes into scheduled appointment it is considered as a No show and will be treated as a missed appointment.
